Prices do not include delivery charges. Delivery charges will be calculated on checkout based on your country. I retain the right to adjust incorrect prices. Prices shown on the site are in Euros but may be converted automatically to your local currency. All prices include applicable European VAT (applicable for orders inside the EU).
All orders will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Friday from Madrid, Spain. Please note that the following delivery charges do not include import costs that may be due when the package reaches the country of destination (mostly applicable for orders outside the EU).
Delivery times may be a little longer during sales and public holidays.
When your order leaves, you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which you can use to track your order.
Return received item:
There are no returns of received items unless it is defective. In that event, please contact me via instagram (@la.h4na) or email (la.h4na@gmail.com)
If the item is defective, it should be sent back to me first. Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. The cost of return shipping will also be compensated.
